WP Site Analyzer & Free SEO Checker
Enter any website address below and get a complete SEO audit in about a minute, a score out of 100, a breakdown across twelve categories, and a prioritised list of exactly what to fix first.
Want help fixing what it found?
Reading the report is the easy part. Implementing it, rewriting title tags across a site, adding structured data, fixing Core Web Vitals, restructuring content so search engines and AI systems can actually read it, takes time most business owners would rather spend running their business.
That’s what we do. Send us your report and we’ll tell you what’s worth fixing, what isn’t, and what it would cost to have it done properly.
What the checker looks at
Every analysis runs more than 100 individual checks, grouped into twelve categories:
- Crawlability and indexing – can search engines reach and index your pages at all? Robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, and any accidental noindex directive quietly keeping you out of results.
- On-page and meta – title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, language and viewport declarations.
- Content – depth, readability, topical focus, and whether your content is actually present in the HTML your server sends.
- Images – alt text coverage, modern formats, lazy loading, and dimensions that cause layout shift.
- Links – internal structure, outbound links, anchor text quality, and broken links.
- Technical – HTTPS, compression, caching, response times and page weight.
- Security and trust – security headers, certificate validity, and email authentication records.
- Structured data – schema markup, and whether the types that matter to your business are present and correctly formed.
- Social – Open Graph and Twitter Card tags that control how your pages look when shared.
- Mobile and usability – viewport configuration, responsive images, and horizontal scroll risk.
- Local business signals – contact details, opening hours and local schema, for businesses that serve a physical area.
- Performance – Core Web Vitals measured from real Chrome user data where it exists, and a simulated test where it does not.
Each check tells you what was found, why it matters, and what to do about it, in plain language, not jargon.
What makes this different
It sees what AI crawlers see
Most free SEO tools run JavaScript before analysing your page, which means they see a fully assembled site even when your server sent almost nothing.
That hides a problem that has become serious. GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot, the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity — do not execute JavaScript at all. If your content is assembled in the browser, those systems see a near-empty page, and your business simply does not exist in AI-generated answers.
This checker reads the HTML your server actually sends. When a significant part of your page turns out to be missing from it, you are told directly, because that is a finding worth knowing rather than a limitation worth hiding.
It doesn’t invent problems
Plenty of free audit tools are built to alarm you. They score every site poorly, flag anything they can measure as a failure, and hope you panic into buying something.
This one is built to be accurate. Checks that don’t apply to your page are excluded from your score entirely, a site with no images is not marked down for image problems. Anything that can’t be measured reliably says so instead of guessing. Recommendations that are genuinely optional are labelled as information rather than counted against you.
If your site is well built, it will score well. That is the point.
It tells you what to fix first
A list of ninety findings is not useful. Every report opens with a prioritised set of fixes, ordered by how much difference each one will actually make — so you can act on three things this afternoon rather than filing a document you’ll never open again.
How the score works
Every check returns one of five results: pass, needs work, fail, not applicable, or for information.
Checks are weighted by importance within their category, and categories are weighted against each other, so a broken canonical tag counts for considerably more than a missing social image. Checks that don’t apply are removed from the calculation entirely rather than counted as failures.
A few conditions cap your score no matter what else is right — a page carrying a noindex directive, a page blocked by robots.txt, or an expired SSL certificate. These are emergencies, and when one applies the report says so plainly rather than burying it among the other findings.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free? Yes. Run an audit, read the full report, act on it. No account, no email required, no trial that expires.
Do I need to install anything? No. Enter your web address and the analysis runs from our end. Nothing is added to your site and nothing is changed.
Can I check a competitor’s website? Yes. Everything analysed is publicly available information that any search engine crawler can see.
Does it analyse my whole site? It analyses the page you enter, plus site-wide files like your robots.txt, sitemap and DNS records. For most sites the homepage is the right starting point, then run your key service or product pages individually.
My site scored lower than I expected. Why? Open the report and read the failing checks. The most common causes are content that only appears after JavaScript runs, a bot-protection service blocking automated requests, or one of the capping conditions above. Each states its reason explicitly.
How accurate are the performance numbers? Where your site has enough traffic, they come from Google’s record of real Chrome users visiting it. Where it doesn’t, they come from a simulated test, and the report tells you which, because the difference matters.
Will fixing everything get me to number one on Google? No, and be sceptical of anyone who says otherwise. Technical SEO removes the obstacles stopping search engines understanding and trusting your site. Rankings also depend on content quality, your competition, and how well established your domain is. This tool fixes the foundation, which is the part you fully control.
